Our reputed client from India is looking out for the role "Hil Validation"

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive ECUs, HiL testing tools (e.g., dSPACE, National Instruments), and ECU software.
• Experience: Proven experience in HiL validation, ECU software testing, or automotive systems testing.
• Software Tools: Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe, or similar).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to document test results and interact with cross-functional teams.
• Automotive Standards: Understanding of automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and regulations.
• Degree: A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities:

• HiL Validation Testing: Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing to simulate real-world conditions for ECUs and ensure their proper functioning.
• ECU Software Testing: Test software running on the ECU to verify correct operation and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Automotive ECU Validation: Validate the ECU’s hardware and software integration, ensuring it meets required performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Test Automation: Develop and execute automated test scripts to streamline validation processes and improve testing efficiency.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software and hardware issues to resolution, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work with development, software, and hardware teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test reports, validation plans, and documentation for compliance purposes.
