Our reputed client from India is looking for the role "Scrum Master"

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM): Relevant Scrum or Agile certification.
• Agile & Scrum Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in facilitating and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain team focus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Process: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Remove Roadblocks: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Ensure Scrum Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Team Coaching: Guide and mentor the team on Agile practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
